Pleas entered in county court
Several pleas were entered before President Judge Maureen Skerda on Thursday during arraignment and change of plea proceedings at the Warren County Courthouse.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas:
¯ Sean P. Canfield, 42, Erie, Pa., to simple assault. Charges of aggravated indecent assault, strangulation, terroristic threats, indecent assault and recklessly endangering another person were not prosecuted.
¯ Christopher Cross, 40, Warren, to possession with intent to deliver and persons not to possess firearms. Charges of persons not to possess firearms, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana were not prosecuted.
¯ Jacob J. Disshon, 19, Sheffield, to DUI and careless driving.
¯ Alexis L. Fehlman, 23, Tiona to possession with intent to deliver. Charges including two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal use of a communications facility and possession of marijuana were not prosecuted. At a second docket, Fehlman pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance — contraband/inmate while charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.
¯ Kenneth G. Kiser, 58, Warren, to DUI and disorderly conduct. Charges of scattering rubbish and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.
¯ Katherin J. Little, 39, Sugar Grove, to DUI. A traffic violation was not prosecuted.
¯ Joseph I. Martin, 22, Frewsburg, NY, to resisting arrest and five traffic violations. Charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and five traffic violations were not prosecuted. At a second docket, Martin pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking and theft from a motor vehicle while charges of theft by unlawful taking and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle were not prosecuted.
¯ Thomas A. Niles, 31, Warren, to DUI and a traffic violation. Charges of endangering the welfare of children, DUI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted. At a second docket, Niles pleaded guilty to DUI and two traffic violations while charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, an offensive weapons violation and two traffic offenses were not prosecuted.
¯ Justin J, Peck, 28, Youngsville, to DUI and a traffic violation while charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic violation were not prosecuted. At a second docket, Peck pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver while charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while under suspension and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.
¯ Dane M. Sobocinski, 32, Frewsburg, NY, to simple assault and harassment. Charges of burglary, strangulation, criminal trespass, defiant trespass and a traffic violation were not prosecuted.
¯ Charles D. Stone, 59, Warren, to harassment. Charges of simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted. He was then sentenced to a $100 fine.
¯ Ernest H. Wegg, 43, Warren, to harassment. Charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.
¯ Vincent M. Winicki, 30, Erie, to terroristic threats and harassment. Charges of simple assault and criminal mischief were not prosecuted.
The following defendants entered not guilty pleas:
¯ James E. Bondarek, 25, Warren. Bondarek has been charged with two counts of DUI and a traffic violation.
¯ Michael W. Brant, 45, Russell. Brant has been charged with dealing in the proceeds of unlawful activities, corrupt organizations, five counts of criminal use of a communications facility, six counts of possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
¯ Ronda A. Storms, 54, Russell. Storms has been charged with retail theft.
¯ Robert J. Willyoung, 34, Sandy Lake, Pa. Willyoung has been charged with possession of marijuana, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
