Amanda L. Howard, 39, Erie, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 28 with three counts of DUI and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on Feb. 19 in Pine Grove Twp.

Amy S. Lewis, 41, Clarendon, was charged by Conewango Township police on April 28 with retail theft and defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on April 27 in Conewango Twp.

Frederick McClellan, 47, Beccaria, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 28 with harassment from an incident that occurred on April 4 in Glade Twp.
