Theft. Amanda Brown, 45, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 11 with theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception from an incident that occurred on June 22, 2021 in Sheffield Twp.

DUI. Robert A. Pigman, 44, Frewsburg, NY, was charged by City of Warren police on April 9 with two counts of DUI and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on April 8 in the City of Warren.

Retail theft. Melissa L. Bane, 32, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on April 8 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on April 6 in Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Carrie E. Dimpfl, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on April 8 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on April 6 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Lawanda H. Haines, 47, Warren, was charged by Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies on April 8 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on April 5 in Conewango Twp.

Possession with intent to deliver. Amy S. Lewis, 41, Clarendon, was charged by Warren County Detectives with possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility, possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on March 31 in Mead Twp.

DUI. Joshua K. McDunn, 36, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 13 with DUI and five traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Feb. 27 in Mead Twp.

Aggravated assault. Thomas E. Rader, 38, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 13 with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on April 12 in Conewango Twp.

Theft. Kelsi N, Sumrow, 18, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on April 12 with theft of property lost by mistake from an incident that occurred on April 3 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Jennifer L. Willings, 45, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 13 with two counts of DUI and three traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Feb. 12 in Pleasant Twp.

Mead Twp.

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that sometime between Feb. 15 and April 5 someone stole two Honda engines and one predator engine from a Chapman Dam Rd. residence.

Sheffield Twp.

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that a 62-year-old male. Sheffield, discovered several fraudulent charges to his bank account on April 4 totalking $2,245.44. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one vehicle accident on April 7 on US 6 east of Huckabone Rd. shortly after 3 p.m. A 2000 GMC Sonoma was traveling east when a tire blew out which ultimately led to the vehicle coming to rest in a yard and on its side. The driver, Mary F. Muzzy, 18, Sheffield, was transported to Warren General Hospital for treatment of suspected minor injuries.
