Cases handled during preliminary hearings
One guilty plea was entered while charges were withdrawn against four during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
Atrayu J. Fraley, 21, Clarendon, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and no rear lights. Charges of possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility was withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against the following:
¯ Dante G. Collier, 31, Kenmore, NY. Collier had been charged with receiving stolen property.
¯ William T.J. Markley, 19, Warren. Markley had been charged with defiant trespass, possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
¯ Joseph M. Richardson, 41, Spartansburg, Pa. Richardson had been charged with possession of a controlled substance. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
¯ Hunter A. Russo, 21, Sheffield. Russo had been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
