Sentences issued in county court

The following sentences were handed down by President Judge Maureen Skerda on Friday morning at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Joseph E. Duffy, 59, Russell, to 30 days to six months incarceration, $104,466.36 in restitution, $1,275 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 40 hours of community service and work release eligibility on a count of DUI — first offense as well as $70 on a count of careless driving.

¯ Jasmine N. Gertsch, 29, Warren, to 13 days to two years less one day incarceration with credit for 13 days time served, $1,175 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order, 50 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample, compliance with treatment recommendations and participation in the COG program on a count of conspiracy (forgery).

¯ Brian M. Parker-Zortman, 23, Sugar Grove, to six months probation including 72 hours incarceration, $1,425 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension and work release eligibility on a count of DUI — first offense as well as $70 on a count of careless driving.

¯ Tammy L. Swartz, 54, Warren, to six months probation including 72 hours incarceration but credit for 28 days time served, $1,700 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 30 hours of community service and compliance with treatment recommendations on a count of DUI — first offense as well as $70 on a count of obedience to traffic control devices.

¯ Joseph R. Wees, 41, Warren, to two years probation, $42.83 in restitution and a no contact/no trespass order at Walmart, $1,175 in fines and fees, 50 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of retail theft.

¯ Andrew A. Wright, 34, Titusville, to 14 to 36 months incarceration in state prison with credit for 11 days time served, $3,525 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, an 18 month license suspension, 45 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of DUI — third offense as well as one year probation and $100 in fees on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia and a $1,000 fine and 12 month license suspension on a count of driving on a suspended license DUI related.
