Sentences handed down in county court

The following individuals were sentenced by Judge Gregory Hammond on Friday morning at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Timothy A. Cressley, 41, Corry, to three months to two years incarceration, $750 in fines and fees, to undergo a drug and alcohol and mental health evaluations and compliance with recommendations, a no contact/no trespass order, 30 hours of community service, work release and early reentry eligibility and submission of a DNA sample on a count of terroristic threats as well as one year probation and 20 hours of community service on a count of harassment.

¯ Cassandra C. Gesin, 38, to six months probation including 72 hours incarceration with credit for 72 hours time served, $1,425 in fines and fees, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service and ongoing drug and alcohol treatment and mental health recommendations on a count of DUI as well as one year probation, $100 in fees and 20 hours of community service on a count of possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Ben T. Hunneycutt, 38, Warren, to one year probation, a no contact/no trespass order and 15 hours of community service on a count of defiant trespass and two year probation, $250 in fees, a no contact/no trespass order, 30 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of conspiracy (forgery).

¯ Joshua D. Kelly, 34, Waterford, Pa., to eight days to one year incarceration in state prison, $250 in fees, $7,634.34 in restitution, a no contact/no trespass order and credit for eight days served on a count of theft by unlawful taking.

¯ Austin A. May, 34, Warren, to six months restrictive probation including 72 hours incarceration, $1,825 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service, work release eligibility and to comply with mental health and drug and alcohol treatment recommendations on a count of DUI.

¯ Laura L. Mohney, 60, Warren, to six months restrictive probation including 72 hours incarceration, $1,625 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service and work release eligibility on a count of DUI as well as $70 on a count of disregard traffic lane.

¯ Eric D. Olson, 52, Warren, to six months restrictive probation including 28 days incarceration with credit for 28 days served, $1,700 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service and compliance with treatment recommendations on a count of DUI as well as $70 on a count of disregard traffic lane.

¯ Kenneth O. Peters, 55, Sugar Grove, to five years restrictive probation including 90 days incarceration and 90 days house arrest, $2,425 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway school and victim impact panel programs, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations, an 18 month license suspension, 50 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of DUI — third offense as well as $70 on charges of careless driving, driving an unregistered vehicle and no headlights, $500 on a count of public drunkenness and $245 and a 12 month license suspension for driving on a suspended license.

¯ Kristopher W. Reed, 37, Clarendon, to six months restrictive probation including 72 hours incarceration, $1,675 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service and participation in the DUI intervention program on a count of DUI as well as $70 on a count of disregard traffic lane and $300 on a count of disorderly conduct.

¯ Donna V. Tomassoni, 68, Warren, to $675 in fines and fees on a count of harassment.

A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Thomas W. Hartzell, 43, Kane. Hartzell was to be sentenced on charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance and careless driving.
