Preliminary hearings held in county court
Three guilty pleas were entered, charges were withdrawn against four and two were held for court during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas:
¯ David R. Nulph, 37, Warren, to disorderly conduct. A count of flight to avoid apprehension was withdrawn.
¯ William A. Streit, 58, Warren, to disorderly conduct and two counts of retail theft. An additional count of retail theft was withdrawn.
¯ Christina D. Wilson, 40, Meadville, Pa., to simple assault. Charges of defiant trespass and harassment were withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against the following:
¯ Hunter J. Martin, 33, Irvine. Martin had been charged with simple assault. Charges of harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.
¯ Gregory B. McKinney, 36, Warren. McKinney had been charged with two counts each of disorderly conduct and harassment. Charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.
¯ Adam L. Morrison, 34, Jamestown, NY. Morrison had been charged with retail theft and conspiracy (retail theft). A count of retail theft was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
¯ Destiny S. Nelson, 19, Russell. Nelson had been charged with criminal trespass — break into structure.
The following defendants were held for court:
¯ Matthew J. Gray, 33, Warren. Gray faces charges of criminal trespass — break into structure and disorderly conduct.
¯ Matthew S. Henry, 30, Warren. Henry faces charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
