C. Warren County — District Judge Raymond Zydonik

Possession. Donnie L. Edwards, 45, Sheffield, was charged by City of Warren police on March 29 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on March 22 in Sheffield Twp.

W. Warren County — District Judge Todd Woodin

Theft. Johnny L. Crowley, 50, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 29 with conspiracy (theft) from an incident that occurred on Feb. 24 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Possession. Joseph M. Richardson, 41, Spartansburg, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 28 with possession of a controlled substance from an incident that occurred on Oct. 13 in Eldred Twp.

Theft. William L. Tillman, 32, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police with theft by unlawful taking from an incident that occurred on Feb. 24 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Warren County

Warrant arrest. Bryan J. Fry, 27, Chicora, Pa., was arrested by Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies with the assistance of Warren County Adult Probation on a supervisor’s warrant for probation/parole violations. Fry was placed in the county jail pending further court action.
