Turston J. Bullock, 24, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on March 23 with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Feb. 27 in the City of Warren.

Atrayu J. Fraley, 21, Clarendon, was charged by City of Warren police on March 22 with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on March 17 in in the City of Warren.

Christopher I. Matthews, 23, Millville, NJ, was charged by City of Warren police on March 22 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on March 20 in the City of Warren.

Hunter A. Russo, 21, Sheffield was charged by City of Warren police on March 23 with possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on March 17 in the City of Warren.

Ashley N. Mott, 27, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 21 with five counts of retail theft from an incident that occurred on Jan. 14 in Conewango Twp.

Dakota M. Proestler, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 23 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on March 9 in Conewango Twp.

Rodney P. Turner, 56, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 23 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on March 16 in Conewango Twp.
