Lydia R. Boutelle, 30, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 16 with two counts of DUI and a speeding violation from an incident that occurred on Nov. 24 in Sheffield Twp.

Terry J. Cochran, 75, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 16 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Sept. 20 in Sheffield Twp.

Matthew J. Gray, 33, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on March 12 with criminal trespass — break into structure and disorderly conduct — engage in fighting from an incident that occurred on March 11 in the City of Warren.

Anthony J. Stufflebeam, 34, Grand Valley, was charged by City of Warren police on March 15 with theft and bad checks from an incident that occurred on March 9 in the City of Warren.
