Timothy S. Collin, 50, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 8 with two counts of DUI and three traffic violations from an incident that occurred on March 6 in Conewango Twp.

Pamela A. Devore, 41, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 7 with illegal operation of a vehicle without ignition interlock, no headlights, fail to use safety belt and turning movements and required signals from an incident that occurred on March 4 in Conewango Twp.

Jacob D. Moore, 36, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police with two counts of DUI and five traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Feb. 27 in Mead Twp.

David R. Nulph, 37, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 8 with flight to avoid apprehension from an incident that occurred on March 8 in Conewango Twp.

Amy R. Thompson, 45, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 8 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Feb. 13 in Clarendon Borough.

Edgar Z. Wotorson, 41, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 7 with two counts of DUI and four traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Feb. 14 in Mead Twp.
