Lee Jordan, 48, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on March 3 with six counts of forgery, six counts of access device fraud, theft and six counts of identity theft from an incident that occurred on March 1 in the City of Warren.

Garrett A. Smead, 25, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 2 with two counts of DUI and six traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Feb. 19 in the City of Warren.

Lacy G. Abraham, 36, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 3 with defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on Feb. 28 in Conewango Twp.

Justin L. Morley, 38, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 3 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on March 3 in Conewango Twp.

W. Warren County — District Judge Todd Woodin

Jeri L. Graham, 49, Bear Lake, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 2 with two counts of DUI and six traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Feb. 23 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Hunter J. Martin, 33, Irvine, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on March 6 with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on March 5 in Youngsville Borough.

Jason E. Wagner, 49, Pleasantville, Pa., was charge by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 3 with two counts of DUI and traffic violation from an incident that occurred on Feb. 5 in Brokenstraw Twp.
