Joshua L. Reynolds, 27, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 24 with theft by unlawful taking and criminal trespass from an incident that occurred on Feb. 1 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Theft of a motor vehicle. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police received a report on Feb. 24 at 9:30 p.m. of a stolen vehicle from 28380 US 6, Pittsfield. The vehicle is described as a maroon 2009 Ford Flex with Pa. registration LWG2787. Police say two suspects are known and the investigation is ongoing.
