Charges withdrawn during preliminary hearings
Charges were withdrawn against four defendants during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
¯ Alisha C. Battko, 37, Youngsville. Battko had been charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
¯ Patrick Battko, 36, Youngsville. Battko had been charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
¯ Shawn T. Moore, 32, Sugar Grove. Moore had been charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
¯ Amanda R. Nutting, 28, Jamestown, NY. Nutting had been charged with retail theft. A lesser count of retail theft was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
