One guilty plea was entered, charges were withdrawn against three and one was held for court as a result of Wednesday preliminary hearings at the courthouse.

¯ Kevin S. Anderson, 34, Youngsville, to defiant trespass. A count of terroristic threats was withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following individuals:

¯ Ronald B. Cressley, 36, Irvine. Cressley had been charged with strangulation, simple assault, harassment and theft.

¯ Austin J. Donato, 26, Warren. Donato had been charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment. Charges of criminal mischief and harassment were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.

¯ Jody A. Fitch, 49, Pittsfield. Fitch had been charged with retail theft. A count of retail theft was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Brandon R. Philbrick, 28, Jamestown, NY, was held for court. Philbrick has been charged with two offensive weapons violations, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license, driving on a suspended license and false identification to law enforcement officers.
