Sentence court held Friday at county courthouse

President Judge Maureen Skerda handed down the following sentences during court Friday morning at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Robert A. Baker, 39, Warren, to one year probation, $525 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order, 50 hours of community service, anger management and drug and alcohol treatment recommendations on a count of disorderly conduct.

¯ Andrew Beatty, 35, Titusville, Pa., to six motions probation including 72 hours incarceration, $1,625 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service and treatment on a DUI charge as well as $70 for careless driving.

¯ Shelly L. Fink, 53, Clarendon to one to 30 days incarceration with credit for one day time served, $550 in fines and fees and 15 hours of community service on a count of possession of marijuana as well as 90 days probation and 15 hours of community service on a count of public drunkenness.

¯ Tayvin D. Harkins, 22, Warren, to one year probation, $1,175 in fines and fees, 70 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and to undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with recommendations on a count of possession with intent to deliver.

¯ Daniel E. Hernandez, 38, Warren, to six months restrictive probation including 72 hours house arrest, $1,550 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service and to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations on a count of DUI as well as $245 and a 12 month license suspension for driving on a suspended license and $70 for driving an unregistered vehicle.

¯ Lori A. Jashurek, 50, Warren, to two years probation, $850 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order at Walmart, 40 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and compliance with mental health recommendations on a count of retail theft.

¯ Dennis R. Johnson, 43, Youngsville, to six months restrictive probation including nine days incarceration with credit for nine days time served, $1,750 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service and to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations on a count of DUI as well as $70 on a count of careless driving.

¯ Travis L. McIntyre, 41, Youngsville to 12 to 24 months incarceration in state prison, $975 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order, credit for 135 days time served, submission of a DNA sample and priority for drug and alcohol treatment in state prison on a count of simple assault. At a second docket, he was sentenced to three to 12 months incarceration, $1,275 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order, community service, credit for nine days time served and to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations on a count of criminal mischief.

¯ Justin L. Oaks, 38, Titusville, Pa., to five years restrictive probation including 30 days incarceration, $1,800 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 100 hours of community service, work release eligibility, submission of a DNA sample and to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations on a count of DUI as well as one year probation and $100 in fees on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ John A. Ribble, 40, Kane, to one year probation, $200 in restitution, $875 in fines and fees, 70 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and compliance with mental health treatment on a count of theft by deception.

¯ Herbert F. Schumann, Sr., 53, Clarendon to six months restrictive probation including 72 hours incarceration, $1,625 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 30 hours of community service, work release eligibility and drug and alcohol treatment on a DUI count as well as 30 days to one year incarceration, $100 in fees and 30 hours of community service on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia and $70 for restrictions on alcoholic beverages.

¯ Robert V. Shaffer, III, 48, Clarendon, to 12 to 24 months incarceration in state prison, $950 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order, submission of a DNA sample and healthy relationships education on a count of simple assault.

¯ Jordan M. Tutmaher, 33, Youngsville to five years restrictive probation including a period of house arrest, $2,575 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, an 18 month license suspension, 30 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and the DUI intervention program on a count of DUI.

¯ Chad C. Tuttle, 45, Warren, to six months restrictive probation including 72 hours incarceration, $1,299.70 in restitution, $1,825 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service, work release eligibility and the DUI intervention program on a count of DUI and $70 for careless driving.

¯ Ernest H. Wegg, 43, Warren, to nine to 23 months in the Warren County Jail with credit for 135 days time served, one year probation, $60 in restitution to the Warren County Drug Task Force, $1,775 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample and compliance with drug and alcohol treatment recommendations on a count of possession with intent to deliver. At a second docket, Wegg was sentenced to six months to two years minus a day of incarceration to be served concurrently, $1,875 in fines and fees, 50 hours of community service and credit for 180 days time served on a count of insurance fraud.
