Four guilty pleas and eight not guilty pleas were entered during arraignment and change of plea proceedings Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Sierra B. Gazdak, 26, Warren, to two counts of harassment. Charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.

¯ Brian A.J. Henderson, 32, Warren, to terroristic threats and harassment. Charges of strangulation and simple assault were not prosecuted.

¯ Ryan M. Rarer, 41, Franklin, Pa., to possession of a controlled substance. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was not prosecuted.

¯ Steven J. Wedge, Jr., 34, Warren, to loitering and prowling at night time. A count of criminal trespass — enter structure was not prosecuted.

The following defendants entered not guilty pleas:

¯ Kenneth E. Armstrong. Jr., 31, Forestville, NY. Armstrong has been charged with two counts of DUI and careless driving.

¯ Elijah J. Cottrell, 18, Garland. Cottrell has been charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and cruelty to animals.

¯ Stephen W. Eck, 30, Sheffield. Eck has been charged with two counts of DUI, a speeding violation, careless driving, disregard traffic lane, fail to keep right, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and location of registration permit.

¯ Gregory M. Huddleson, 23, Celeron, NY. Huddleson has been charged with five counts of DUI, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and disregard traffic lane.

¯ Aaron S. Knepp, 37, Youngsville. Knepp has been charged with flight to avoid apprehension and resisting arrest at one docket and possession with intent to deliver, false identification to a law enforcement officer, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Joseph I. Martin, 21, Frewsburg, NY. Martin has been charged with two counts of theft, theft from a motor vehicle and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

¯ Devin W. Powell, 30, Warren. Powell has been charged with aggravated assault, aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, conspiracy — possession of a controlled substance, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property, DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, harassment, reckless driving, driving on a suspended license and two speeding violations.

¯ Seth B. Wells, 37, Salamanca, NY. Wells has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of failure to stop at red signal.
