Four guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against one during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Sam J. Hornacky, 19, Eighty Four, Pa., to disorderly conduct.

¯ Sydney L. Smith, 18, Ashville, NY, to possession of marijuana. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.

¯ Blade M. Wilcox, 26, Clarendon, to possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended or revoked license. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.

¯ Jeremiah H. Wright, 19, Warren, to criminal mischief — damage property and harassment. Charges of disorderly conduct and retail theft were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against Scheyne Gray, 18, Warren. Gray had been charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
