The following pleas were entered during change of plea proceedings Monday at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Sierra N. Anderson, 22, Youngsville, to DUI, driving while license suspended or revoked and careless driving. Charges of simple assault, DUI, harassment and a seat belt violation were not prosecuted.

¯ Mackenzie J. Engstrom, 27, Sugar Grove, to DUI and a seat belt violation. Charges of DUI, turning movements and required signals and careless driving were not prosecuted.

¯ Sueann L. Gifford, 40, Jamestown, NY, to retail theft.

¯ Dillon M. Howard, 21, Warren, to resisting arrest. Charges of disorderly conduct and harassment were not prosecuted.

¯ Chelsey R. Lindstrom, 30, Clarendon, to DUI and disregard flashing red signal. A second count of disregard flashing red signal was not prosecuted.

¯ Tammy A. Nuse, 48, Jamestown, NY, to three counts of retail theft — under ring. Two additional counts were not prosecuted.

¯ Ryan L. Sheets, 27, Corry, Pa., to driving license suspended DUI related. Charges of driving without a license and a speeding violation were not prosecuted.

¯ Mark A. Stewart, 34, Corinth, NY, to resisting arrest and harassment. Charges of simple assault and institutional vandalism were not prosecuted.
