N. Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer

DUI. Kenneth E. Armstrong, Jr., 31, Forestville, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on Oct. 25 with two counts of DUI and careless driving from an incident that occurred on Sept. 12 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Jon T. Gadley, 51, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 27 with two counts of DUI, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and a seat belt violation from an incident that occurred on Oct. 23 in Mead Twp.

Assault. J’Yana T. Williams, 18, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 27 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Oct. 4 in Glade Twp.

DUI. Matthew J. Garrett, 25, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Oct. 27 with five counts of DUI, no headlights and driving an unregistered vehicle from an incident that occurred on Sept. 4 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Kristopher W. Reed, 47, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 27 with two counts of DUI, disregard traffic lane, fail to keep right, careless driving and resisting arrest from an incident that occurred on Oct. 23 in Pleasant Twp.

Possession. Daniel J. Smiley, 47, Columbus, was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 27 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance from an incident that occurred on Oct. 23 in Freehold Twp.
