Zachary B. Miller, 30, Warren, was charged by Warren County Detectives on Oct. 19 with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Oct. 19 in the City of Warren.
Sheffield Twp.
Burglary. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that someone broke into a 1st Mill St. residence and stole several items belonging to a 68-year-old Sheffield. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
