Brandon L. Quattrone, 38, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 14 with 25 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Sept. 21 in the City of Warren.

Donald S. Seither, 33, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 14 with possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Oct. 14 in the City of Warren.

Courtney L. Barrett, 28, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 13 with two counts of DUI, a speeding violation, careless driving, fail to carry registration and violate hazard regulation from an incident that occurred on Sept. 25 in Pleasant Township.
