One defendant was held for court and charges were withdrawn against two others during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Katherine J. Little, 38, Sugar Grove, was held for court on all charges. Little has been charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of children, DUI and failure to carry registration.

Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:

¯ Peggy S. Haines, 54, Warren. Haines had been charged with simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ William J. Moore, 26, Warren. Moore had been charged with simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
