DUI. Austin A. May, 34, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 7 with two counts of DUI from an incident that occurred on Aug. 28 in Conewango Twp.

Warrant arrest. Nichole L. Bartlow, 35, Jamestown, NY, was arrested by Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies with the assistance of the Jamestown Police Department on Sept. 3 at about 2 p.m. on an arrest warrant for failure to appear. Bartlow, deputies say, was placed in the county jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Warrant arrest. Justin Nichols, 37, 11 1/2 Franklin St., Warren, was arrested by Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies on Tuesday at 3 p.m. on a supervisor’s warrant for parole violations. Deputies say Nichols was placed in the county jail pending further court action.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Sept. 5 at 8:55 p.m. on Catlin Hill Rd. east of North Rd. Paul R. Briggs, 37, Ashville, NY, was driving a 1989 Chevrolet Silverado east on Catlin Hill Rd. and traveled off the south side of the roadway, striking a ditch. The vehicle, troopers say, rolled over and struck a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu, driven by Andrew J. Sprentz, 30, Russell. Both vehicles were disabled as a result of the crash. No injuries were reported through Briggs was cited for driver required to be licensed and Sprentz was cited for carrying and exhibiting driver’s license on demand, troopers say.Sugar Grove VFD, EmergyCare, Horner’s Auto Parts and Rarey’s Towing assisted at the scene.
