One guilty plea was entered, charges were withdrawn against two and one was held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Eric Fahey, 33, Corry, pled guilty to statement under penalty. Charges of materially false written statement — purchase, delivery, transfer of firearm, possession of firearm prohibited and false swearing were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:

¯ Preston E. Cottrell, 65, Youngsville. Cottrell had been charged with DUI. A count of driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked was re-categorized as a traffic offense.

¯ Loretta A. Esh, 26, Warren. Esh had been charged with simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Taylor N. Daley, 23, Union City, was held for court. Daley has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility, two counts of possession of an instrument of crime with intent, four counts of possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
