Prelim hearing held in court Wednesday

Four guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against two during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Brian N. Allen, 41, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of make repairs/sell/etc. offensive weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.

¯ Matthew J. Divido, 27, Tionesta, to possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a count of make repairs/sell/etc. offensive weapons were withdrawn.

¯ Michael D. Wilson, 49, Warren, to possession of marijuana and public drunkenness. Two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.

¯ Keane A. Zaczyk, 37, Union City, Pa., to possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:

¯ Jason A. Koons, 46, Warren. Koons had been charged with forgery. A count of retail theft was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Abraham Millham, 32, Irvine. Millham had been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment. A count of operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility was re-categorized as a traffic offense.
