Charges were withdrawn against three defendants during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Troy L. Lindell, Warren, had been charged with burglary, criminal trespass — break into structure, theft and possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Ashlynne R. Hughan, Russell, had been charged with simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Kaden J. Hottel Stoddard, Warren, had been charged with simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
