One guilty plea was entered and charges were withdrawn against another during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Donald W. Moats, Warren, pled guilty to a count of harassment while charges of aggravated assault, strangulation and simple assault were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against Ralph T. Munt, Warren. Munt had been charged with three counts of DUI, fail to carry registration, careless driving, disregard traffic lane and driving at safe speed. Charges of fail to keep right, fail to use safety belt and violate hazard regulation were re-categorized as traffic offenses.
