Pleas entered Thursday in court

Pleas were entered Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants pleaded guilty:

¯ James E. Walter, Warren, to charges at two dockets. At one he pled guilty to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol, accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and careless driving while charges of DUI and fail to notify police of accident or damage to vehicle were not prosecuted. At a second docket, he pled guilty to DUI: General impairment — incapable of safe driving — first offense and harassment. Charges of DUI, simple assault and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.

¯ Elizabeth A. Wilcox, Warren, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — second offense and careless driving. An additional count of DUI and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility were not prosecuted.

¯ John Young, Warren, pled guilty to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense and no headlights. A count of DUI was not prosecuted.

The following defendants entered not guilty pleas:

¯ Brian N. Allen, Kane. Allen has been charged with criminal use of a communications facility, conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana possession and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked.

¯ Jordan D. Cooke, Spring Creek. Cooke has been charged with simple assault, aggravated assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.

¯ John M. Duncan, Tionesta. Duncan has been charged with theft by unlawful taking.

¯ Cassandra C. Gesin, Warren. Gesin has been charged with two counts of DI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Rebecca R. Hoffman, Waren. Hoffman has been charged with two counts of DUI, driving at safe speed and careless driving.

¯ TImothy M. Massa, Youngsville. Massa has been charged with three counts of DUI and follow too closely.

¯ Edward J. Nolte, Spartansburg, Pa. Nolte has been charged with two counts of possession of firearm prohibited, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, harassment, simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, strangulation and possession of a firearm with manufacturer number altered, etc.

¯ Kyle M. Reynolds, Warren. Reynolds has been charged with two counts of DUI and driving an unregistered vehicle.
