Possession. Adam J. Crispin, 30, Titusville, Pa., was charged by City of Warren police on May 20 with five counts of possession of a controlled substance and 10 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on April 15 in the City of Warren.

Warren County

Warrant arrest. Dennis Johnson, 43, 1225 Murray Hill Road, Youngsville, was arrested by Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies on May 20 at 2:40 p.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear. Johnson was placed in the Warren County Jail pending further court action.

Warrant arrest. Dennis L. Cabisca, 35, 212 Hartwell Road, Tiona, was arrested by Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies on May 17 at 2:30 p.m. at his residence on multiple charges of failing to appear for court. Deputies say Cabisca was arraigned before District Justice Todd Woodin and was placed in the Warren County Jail pending further court action.

Warrant arrest. David A. Gorniak, 45, 2 Carriage Drive, Youngsville was arrested on May 17 at 11 a.m. at his residence for failure to appear for domestic relations proceedings. Deputies say Gorniak was arraigned before District Judge Todd Woodin and placed in the Warren County Jail pending further court action.

Warrant arrest. Hannah Sutliff, 22, Prospect St., Warren, was arrested by Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies on May 17 at 2 p.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear. She was arraigned by District Judge Raymond Zydonik and released.

Joshua D. Kelly, 34, Waterford, Pa., was arrested by Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested on Monday May 24 at 2:45 p.m. while entering the Warren County Courthouse parking lot on a bench warrant for failure to appear. He was placed in the Warren County Jail pending further court action.
