Pleas entered in county court
President Judge Maureen Skerda accepted the following pleas during change of plea proceedings on Monday at the Warren County Courthouse.
¯ Jada L. Coursey, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance — contraband/inmate while a count of possession of a controlled substance was not prosecuted.
¯ John C. Irvine, Warren, as charged to DUI and disregard traffic lane.
¯ Christopher S. Mangione, Bradford, to tamper records or ID writing and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked.
Charges of possess/sale/use display documents, display known fictitious/stolen/issued for inspection and operate vehicle without valid inspection were not prosecuted.
¯ Charles F. Senger, Erie, to DUI and disregard traffic lane. Charges of DUI and careless driving were not prosecuted.
¯ Jeffrey R. Vanpelt, Clarendon, to DUI and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked. A count of DUI was not prosecuted.
¯ Dennis O. Williams, Warren, to DUI and disregard traffic lane. A count of DUI was not prosecuted.
