William R. Butcher, 49, Union City, was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 5 with possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on April 1 in Freehold Twp.
Jamie J. Watson, 45, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 8 with possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana — small amount personal use, indecent assault, simple assault and five counts of harassment from an incident that occurred on April 8 in Pleasant Twp.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a three-vehicle accident on April 6 at 5:30 p.m. on Rt. 62 in front of 7501, Rt. 62. Rhonda H. Howles, 60, Frewsburg, NY, was driving a 2016 Equinox northbound and failed to stop striking the rear end of a vehicle, propelling that vehicle into the rear end of a third vehicle. Police say Howles’ vehicle was the only one to sustain disabling damage and say that she was also the only person injured, transported to UPMC Chautauqua for treatment.
