Stephen M. Rushin, 62, Freedom, Pa., was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 31 with two counts of DUI, disregard traffic lane and careless driving from an incident that occurred on March 13 in Columbus Twp.

Steven L. Hinson, 29, Warren was charged by City of Warren police on March 30 with simple assault, resisting arrest and harassment from an incident that occurred on March 30 in the City of Warren.

Christina M. Meals, 49, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on March 30 with possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on March 30 in the City of Warren.

Allan R. Gibson, 33, Irvine, was charged by City of Warren police on March 30 with three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without a license from an incident that occurred on March 30 in the City of Warren.

Dante A. Angiloa, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on March 29 with possession of drug paraphernalia, harassment and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on March 8 in the City of Warren.

Brandon J. Albaugh, 31, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on March 29 with possession of marijuana from an incident that occurred on March 28 in the City of Warren.
