Two defendants were held for court while a third had charges withdrawn during preliminary hearing held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Charges were withdrawn against Dylan A. Winslow, Warren. Winslow had been charged with marijuana – small amount personal use, fail to notify police of accident/injury or death, driving at safe speed and abandoning a vehicle on a highway. Charges of driving an unregistered vehicle, fail to keep right and depositing waste on a highway were re-categorized as traffic offenses.

The following defendants were held for court:

Nolan D.R. Nudd, Warren. Nudd faces charges including two counts of simple assault, two counts of harassment and recklessly endangering another person. Two counts of simple assault were dismissed.

Chad D. Nudd, Warren. Nudd faces charges of simple assault and harassment. Three counts of simple assault and a single count of recklessly endangering another person were dismissed.
