Police seek into after purse stolen

A purse that was left in a cart at Dollar General in Russell was stolen at about 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13. Pennsylvania State Police are looking for the woman shown in this image from video surveillance who reportedly took the purse and left the store.
