Pleas entered during preliminary hearings
Three defendants entered guilty pleas during preliminary hearings held this week at the Warren County Courthouse.
Thomas L. Keeney, currently incarcerated at SCI Greene, to possession of marijuana. Two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.
Jordan J.L. Klein, Erie, Pa., to possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and retail theft. Charges of adulterate/misbrand any controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.
Shane M. Hurlburt, Erie, Pa., to criminal mischief — damage property.
A count of disorderly conduct was withdrawn.
