Theft. Douglas L. Johnson, 36, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 8 with theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief from an incident that occurred on Dec. 14 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Amanda L. Eger, 32, Pittsfield was charged by the Office of Attorney General on Jan. 11 with possession of a controlled substance and theft by unlawful taking with an incident that occurred on Jan. 1, 2020 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Clarendon

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that they are investigating an incident that occurred at 11 Center St. between 8:45 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 1. Troopers say that a 2011 Jeep Patriot had a rear window broken by an unknown object. Police say the investigation continues.
