The following defendant’s cases were resolved during preliminary hearings held recently at the Warren County Courthouse.

Thomas J. Kish, Warren, pled guilty to a count of possession of a controlled substance. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

Sara M. Moyer, Warren. Moyer had been charged with unlawful dissemination of an intimate image. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Ellen S. Shepherd, Warren. Shepherd had been charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Rebecca A. Stewart, Warren. Stewart had been charged with mairjuana — small amount personal use, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Riley N. Brown, Warren, was held for court. Brown has been charged with marijuana — small amount personal use and possession of drug paraphernalia.
