Morse, 48, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 30 with DUI: General impairment — incapable of safe driving — first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance — Schedule I — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance — metabolite — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance — Combination alcohol/drugs — first offense, marijuana — small amount personal use, fail to keep right, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and careless driving from an incident that occurred on Sept. 5 in Mead Township.

Kittner, 79, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 30 with DUI: Controlled substance — Schedule I — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance — metabolite — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance — impaired ability — first offense, obscured plates — illegible at reasonable distance, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility from an incident that occurred on Oct. 26 in Mead Twp.

Lobdell, 26, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 30 with DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense, DUI: General impairment — incapable of safe driving — first offense, careless driving, driving at safe speed and disregard traffic lane from an incident that occurred on May 17 in Glade Twp.

Massa, 19, Pittsfield, was charged by Conewango Township police on Nov. 30 with DUI: Controlled substance — Schedule I — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance — metabolite — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance — impaired ability — first offense and follow too closely from an incident that occurred on Nov. 6 in Conewango Township.

Glade Twp.

Theft from a motor vehicle. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police received a report that a Samsung tablet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 3000 block of Cobham Park Rd. between 8 p.m. on Nov. 25 and 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 26. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.

Sheffield Twp.

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that on Nov. 25 at 4:14 p.m. police were dispatched to the 7000 block of US 6, Sheffield Township, for a report of a theft. Police discovered that $478 was stolen out of the victim’s bank account. Police say the case is currently under investigation.
