Two guilty pleas are entered at prelim hearings
Two guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against one during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
The following individuals entered guilty pleas:
¯ Paul R. Dawson, Warren, to disorderly conduct. A count of harassment was withdrawn.
¯ Mark D. Cox, Warren, to a count of simple assault.
Charges were withdrawn against Lourdes A. Vera, Buffalo, N.Y. Vera has been charged with theft by unlawful taking.
Charges of criminal mischief — damage property and criminal trespass were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.
