Northern Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer

Possession. Misty R. Hallett, 21, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on Nov. 19 with marijuana — small amount personal use and retail theft from an incident that occurred on Oct. 17 in Conewango Twp.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to the Rouse Warren County Home for a report of a burglary. It was determined that someone entered an unlocked, detached garage and removed several power tools. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers. The investigation is pending.

Limestone Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a break in that occurred at 16417 Rt. 62 on Nov. 11. Some broke a back window with a rock and appeared to spend some time in the residence looking through everything before leaving. Police say the individual appears to have been on foot. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Sheffield Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to Dunham St. on Nov. 1 for a report of a burglary. Troopers say a residence had been burglarized when the resident was not there and that the incident is currently under investigation.

Southwest Twp.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Oct. 25 at 3:22 p.m. on Tidioute Enterprise Rd. west of Pineville Rd. A 2013 Toyota Sienna, driven by Tuong T. Pham, 33, Titusville, pa., was traveling west. Pham, police say, became distracted by his GPS which caused him to drive off the right side of the roadway and into the ditch. The vehicle sustained disabling damage but Pham was not injured, though he was cited for driving vehicle at safe speed.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to 6951 Matthews Run Rd. after victims reported that several items were taken from the residence between Nov. 8 and Nov. 10 including a chainsaw, pressure washer, weed wacker and machete. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police. The investigation is ongoing.
