Theft from a motor vehicle. Dustin L. Cabisca, 34, Tiona, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 9 with theft from a motor vehicle, criminal mischief — damage property, two counts of criminal trespass and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on Oct. 9 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Mead Township

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report received a complaint of overnight damage to a vehicle that was located at a local garage in the area of Rt.6 and Cherry Grove between Oct. and Oct. 9. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.

Pittsfield Township

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that someone broke the side window of a Spetz Hill Road camp and fled between Aug. 30 and Sept. 5. Police say the investigation is ongoing.
