Possession. Rose M. Dawson, 22, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 1 with possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Aug. 29 in the City of Warren.

Fraud. Daniel C. Dumoulin, Loch Sheldrake, NY, was charged by City of Warren Police on Oct. 1 with two counts of fraud — alter/forge/counterfeit title, registration or insurance, obstructing the administration of law, false identification to a law enforcement officer, driving an unregistered vehicle, illegal turn, proof of financial responsibility following violation, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, obscured, covered or inhibit visibility to plate and fail to carry license from an incident that occurred on Oct. 1 in the City of Warren.

Retail theft. Merle C. Smith, 39, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on Oct. 5 with retail theft, defiant trespass disorderly conduct and driving while license suspended due to DUI from an incident that occurred on Oct. 3 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. William M. Templeton, 61, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 2 with DUI: General impairment — incapable of safe driving — first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving from an incident that occurred on Aug. 31 in Farmington Twp.

DUI. Mackenzie J. Engstrom, 26, Sugar Grove, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 2 with DUI: General impairment — incapable of safe driving — second offense, DUI: High rate of alcohol — first offense, turning movements and required signals, careless driving and fail to use safety belt from an incident that occurred on Aug. 31 in Sugar Grove Twp.

Possession. Alisha C. Battko, 35, Sugar Grove, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on Oct. 1 with seven counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a single count of possession of marijuana from an incident that occurred on Sept. 12 in Youngsville Borough.

Possession. Katie L. Wynn, 38, Pittsfield, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on Oct. 1 with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a single count of possession of marijuana from an incident that occurred on Sept. 12 in Youngsville Borough.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Firearm found. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that a firearm was found in a pull off area along Jackson Run Rd. in Sugar Grove Twp. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
