Not guilty pleas entered in county court
Four not guilty pleas were entered by the following individuals during arraignment proceedings held on Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.
¯ John M. Duncan, Endeavor, Pa. Duncan has been charged with burglary, criminal trespass — break into structure, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief — tamper with property.
¯ Leonard E. Edmisten, Sugar Grove. Edmisten has been charged with theft by unlawful taking.
¯ Matthew P. Glotz, Sugar Grove. Glotz has been charged with DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving — first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense, careless driving and no headlights.
¯ Anthony T. Ponick, Warren. Ponick has been charged with retail theft, defiant trespass and receiving stolen property.
