Two guilty pleas were entered and charges were withdrawn against two during preliminary hearings held this week at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Donald J. Fink, Jr., Clarendon, to possession of a controlled substance. Two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.

¯ Devin William-Miles Powell, Clarendon, to possession of a controlled substance. A count of possession of a controlled substance was withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

¯ Elijah S. Highhouse, Warren. Highhouse had been charged with possession — small amount/distribute not sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. A count of disorderly conduct was recategorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Nicholas J. Lindstrom, Pittsfield. Lindstrom had been charged with three counts of recklessly endangering another person. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
