Theft. James K. Johnson, 50, Jamestown, NY, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 18 with theft by deception and receiving stolen property from an incident that occurred on Sept. 11 in the City of Warren.

Possession with intent to deliver. Ernest V. Kreckel, Jr., 44, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 17 with possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility and possession of a controlled substance from an incident that occurred on Sept. 17 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Tony W. Steinman, Sr., 55, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 17 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Sept. 15 in the City of Warren.

Possession with intent to deliver. Edgar Y. Evans, III, 22, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 15 with possession with intent to deliver and 10 counts of criminal use of a communications facility from an incident that occurred on Sept. 15 in the City of Warren.

Possession with intent to deliver. Kevin W. Bremiller, Jr., Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 14 with possession with intent to deliver, 15 counts of criminal use of a communications facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Sept. 14 in the City of Warren.

Weapons violation. Frederick J. Glotz, Jr., 51, Sugar Grove, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on Sept. 16 with make repairs/sell/etc. offensive weapons, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to law enforcement officer from an incident that occurred on Sept. 12 in Youngsville Borough.

DUI. James L. Guin, Jr., 39, Pittsfield, was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 16 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: Controlled substance — impaired ability — first offense, fail to carry registration, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked an required financial responsibility from an offense that occurred on Aug. 5 in Eldred Twp.

Simple assault. Keane A. Zaczyk, 36, Pittsfield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 15 with simple assault, disorderly conduct — engage in fighting and harassment from an incident that occurred on Aug. 6 in Deerfield Twp.

Terroristic threats. Daniel J. Cuttler, 56, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 15 with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Sept. 12 in Limestone Twp.

Pine Grove Twp.

Found property. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that miscellaneous tools and darts were found at 6280 Market St and no owner could be located. Anyone wishing to claim the property should contact state police.

Pleasant Twp.

Stolen vehicle. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that a 2012 silver Chevrolet Sonic was stolen from a River Valley Rd. residence sometime between 2 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Sept. 17. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.

Southwest Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that a shed at 17288 Rt. 26 was burglarized and a chainsaw, hydraulic cylinder, parts and a red metal tool box were stolen sometime between Aug. 16 and Sept. 16. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
