Central Warren County — District Justice Raymond Zydonik

DUI: Stacey E. Shear, 40, Fredonia, NY, was charged by City of Warren police on July 8 with two counts of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense and careless driving from an incident that occurred on June 13 in the City of Warren.

Display document violation. Ben T. Honeycutt, IV, 36, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on July 8 with possession/sale/use display documents, fraudulent use/removal of registration plate, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and driving an unregistered vehicle from an incident that occurred on July 8 in the City of Warren.

Criminal mischief. Kevin L. Stewart, 42, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on July 9 with criminal mischief — damage property from an incident that occurred on July 8 in the City of Warren.

DUI. John C. Irvine, 48, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on July 10 with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense and disregard traffic lane from an incident that occurred on July 2 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Matthew P. Glotz, 37, Sugar Grove, was charged by Conewango Township police on July 7 with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense, careless driving and no headlights from an incident that occurred on Feb. 13 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Kelly M. Kuzminski, 38, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on July 9 with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense, DUI: High rate of alcohol — first offense, accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, careless driving, fail to stop and give information or render aid and driving at safe speed from an incident that occurred on June 19 in Conewango Twp.

Eldred Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that sometime between June 11 and July 2 a burglary occurred at an Eldred Center Rd. residence, owned by a man and woman from Linesville, Pa. Police say it was determined that someone entered the residence but noted it was unclear if anything had been taken. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.

Limestone Twp.

Found property. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that on July 5 a firearm was recovered on US 62 in Limestone Twp. Anyone wishing to claim the firearm is asked to contact state police.

Mead Twp.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Kinzua Rd. east of Kinzua Dam on July 2 at 3:07 p.m. Police say a 2019 Harley-Davidson Road Glide, driven by Stuart M. Burns, 49, Kennett Square, Pa., locked the brakes on the motorcycle after observing a vehicle in front him that had stopped while attempting to make a left turn. Police say Burns was unable to safely bring the vehicle to a stop, causing the motorcycle to turn over and slide down the roadway. Both Burns and a passenger, 49-year-old Michelle M. Burns, were transported for suspected injuries.

Pittsfield Twp.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on July 3 on Davey Hill Rd. A 2019 Ford F-150XLT, driven by Keith A. Schmidt, 58, Pittsburgh, Pa., was stopped in the northbound lane after observing a deer crossing the roadway. A 2019 Subaru RX, driven by Jordan M Matie, 27, Tidioute, struck the back of Schmidt’s vehicle. Police say that Matie did not anticipate a vehicle to be stopped in the roadway and was unable to stop safely. No injuries were reported though Matie was cited for following too closely and Schmidt was cited for minimum speed regulations.
