Disorderly conduct. Darryl R. Wurst, 58, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 15 with disorderly conduct — unreasonable noise, harassment, public drunkenness and intoxicated pedestrian causing hazard from an incident that occurred on April 11 in Cherry Grove Twp.

Criminal mischief. Rob A. Baker, 38, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 15 with criminal mischief — damage property from an incident that occurred on May 11 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Angela F. Henry, 43, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police with DUI: Controlled substance or metabolite — first offense, turning movements and required signals, marijuana — small amount personal use, possession of drug paraphernalia and restrictions on alcoholic beverages from an incident that occurred on May 3 in the City of Warren.

Northern Warren

County – District Justice Laura Bauer

Retail theft. Wendy K. Merrill, 44, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on May 20 with retail theft and defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on Feb. 15 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Bradley L. Davis, 31, Ripley, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 21 with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license from an incident that occurred on April 15 in Mead Twp.

DUI. Michele L. Kent, 51, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police police on May 21 with DUI: General impairment/incapable of driving safely — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance — impaired ability — first offense, improper tires, required financial responsibility, five counts of disregard traffic lane, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages from an incident that occurred on April 21 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Aaron S. Whitford, 27, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 21 with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving from an incident that occurred on March 8 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Megan J. Sanders, 27, Tidioute, was charged by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office with DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability — first offense, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fraud alter/forge/counter title, registration or insurance, required financial responsibility, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, four counts of disregard traffic lane and fraudulent use/removal of registration place from an incident that occurred on May 7 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Syngyn L. Swartz, 22, Warren, was charged by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office on May 21 with DUI: Controlled substance — impaired ability — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance or metabolite — first offense, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, driving an unregistered vehicle, required financial responsibility and operating a vehicle without valid inspection from an incident that occurred on May 5 in Mead Twp.

Western Warren County – District Justice Todd Woodin

DUI. Joseph R. Kuzminski, 33, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 26 with DUI: Controlled substance — Schedule II or III — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance — metabolite — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance — impaired ability — first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, fail to notify change in address, disregard traffic lane and careless driving from an incident that occurred on September 7 in Pittsfield Twp.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched on May 16 at 7:23 p.m. to the area of Irvine Run Rd. for a report of a burglary. Police discovered that a residence at 1711 Irvine Run Rd. belonging to a 54-year-old Ohio man had been burglarized. Police say the case is currently under investigation.

Sheffield Twp.

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that between April 19 and May 4 someone used the card of a 73-year-old Sheffield woman without her permission. Police say the investigation is ongoing.

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that sometime between May 2 and May 18 the battery and wheels from a riding mower had been stolen from the shed of a 56-year-old female Huckabone Rd. residence. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Identity theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that on March 30 at about 5 p.m. a report was made that fraudulent charges were made on the credit card and health insurance of a 60-year-old female from Youngsville. The cases, totaling over $6,000, are currently under investigation, police say.

Clarendon

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that on May 22 someone removed the electric meter from the business at 7 S. Main St. Police say the suspect(s) cut the remaining wires and fled the scene. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
