Child endangerment. Dustin E. Jordan, 38, Youngsville, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on April 13 with endangering the welfare of children, tamper with/fabricate physical evidence, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance from an incident that occurred on Jan. 3 in Youngsville Borough.

Deerfield Twp.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on April 11 at 8:35 a.m. on Rt. 27 and Tidioute Creek Rd. A 2004 Toyota Tacoma, driven by Garret J. Abbott, 18, Warren, was traveling east and drifted off the roadway, striking a stop sign. Police say the vehicle continued westbound and struck a cement barrier, causing the vehicle to roll onto its roof. Suspected minor injuries were reported. Garland and Grand Valley VFDs assisted at the scene. Police say Abbott was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Sheffield Twp.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Apr. 10 at 7:10 a.m. on US 6 south of Forest Road 259. A 2016 GMC Acadia, driven by Tammy S. Swanson, 47, Kane, was traveling west on snow-covered roadways and drifted off the edge of the road while negotiating a slight left curve. Police say the vehicle struck a guide rail, causing disabling damage. No injuries were reported. Police say Swanson was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic. Sheffield VFD assisted at the scene.
