Central Warren County – District Justice Raymond Zydonik

Possession. Lorn R. Champlin, Jr., 34, Sheffield, was charged by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office with marijuana – small amount personal use and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on March 30 in Sheffield Twp.

DUI. Michelle R. Kendricks, 29, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on April 6 with DUI: Controlled substance/Schedule I – first offense, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana – small amount personal use and driving an unregistered vehicle from an incident that occurred on March 17 in the City of Warren.

Display documents. Cierra M. Stiteler, 27, Pittsfield, was charged by City of Warren police on April 6 with possession/sale/use display documents, fraudulent use/removal of registration plate, operate a vehicle without a valid inspection, driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked, required financial responsibility and driving an unregistered vehicle from an incident that occurred on April 3 in the City of Warren.

Walter, 36, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 6 with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment from an incident that occurred on March 25 in Glade Township.

Mathis, 75, Jamestown, N.Y., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 6 with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense, obedience to traffic-control devices, exceed max speed limit established by 15 mph and careless driving from an incident that occurred on Feb. 22 in Conewango Twp.

Simple assault. Antwan D. Pulliam, 29, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 6 with simple assault, disorderly conduct – engage in fighting and harassment from an incident that occurred on March 7 in Conewango Twp.
